And he has a lot of them.

The quad wasn't cutting it. Sure...the tires are rad, but there's no steering wheel and look at his face - wtf am I supposed to do with a handlebar on a machine?

A ranch isn't a ranch without a few tractors, quads, Mules, and Gators.

I had really bad legs and 'cross gut the whole time today. Who has 'cross gut in a mtb race? Aside from riding slowly and in pain all day and getting completely waxed, the MJ/JP classic was awesome. HUGE crowds, insane organization, perfect weather, and the best vibe of the year. Talk is of another edition in the Spring that'll be pro and then a Fall edition that'll be fun.

Bring it. Texas showed North America we could do a real mtb race in '04 and '05...its time to remind everyone again.

JHK rode really small tires and didn't flat. Lance had big tires and did. After Wed's tire shred, I went with the sturdiest UST Geax tires we had....and proved well worth their weight. Today the course was 100% duct tape. I imagine by Tuesday it'll be the fastest track on the planet.

Thanks again for having us out, Lance. Next time we'll do it at my place.
