Astoria Holloween'cross
Cross Crusades #4 & 5 were this weekend. I stunk on Saturday and flatted on Sunday. Rough courses and roofing staples aren't helping to make racing rewarding.
Taking a bucket full of fun photos, does, however.

The Tron crew was awesome. Custom handmade tailored suits and special Tron discs that were used to pelt those without or with otherwise sub-standard costumes. Their attack was fierce and shocking.
Moss Man was my favorite guy out there. He was awesome.
Dolly's one piece denim skinsuit was terribly nice.
Patriots.
Mtn Dew Man would toss the mini party cans of Mtn Dew if you were rowdy enough. I don't know where he would store them, though.

Brief rant - CC course designers, please find us something other than eroded and petrified uphill/downhill fields to race in. That section of the course was stoooopid. rD.
Ben and Shep and I saw this house burning in Seaside. The FD was there, as was a crowd...but the house simply burned without any efforts to stop it.

It's now crystal clear why you moved to Portland. Everything in this post spells F-U-N. Nice post.
Jason, sorry about the slow Hup kit we provided on Saturday. I did manage to get a couple of photos of you in the Hup kit. The first one is here with a couple more pictures following it. Feel free to download any of the photos and repost them if you want.
