Pool Party
So, it's mid March.
"Time to start training" I said to myself.
Yesterday was my 4th "workout" of the year. I had terrible legs and likely burnt up a few days off my life from the pain and suffering. Not bad, overall, because certainly there have been rides or races that beyond a doubt smoked a few million heart beats and neuro connections that could have been used to actually enjoy life rather than suffer through it.

Later, Mrs. Sager and I went down to the pool. Not to swim...but to jump off stuff.

Jumping from the 10 meter platform is not as fun as a bridge, or cliff, but a little freaky regardless.

On the last jump, the camera fell out of my pocket and drifted down to the bottom of the 20' deep section. Without goggles, it was tough to locate, not to mention I was going lactic just diving down and feeling around on the bottom. Luckily a 7 year old kid was handy, as were his goggles, so he was put to work pronto.

way to go scuba (jason) steve.
USADA will probably suspend you for some kind of child labor law violation... "we hereby find that J. Sager enslaved a 7 year old to retrieve his camera... 2 years!"
