Friday's child
Yesterday I met Jeff for part of a bike ride through the hills and fields of the Front Range. It was a nice day outside.

I've been stacking the rides the last 10 days, taking the long and uphill way out of town, and back...which makes for long days...days which have to start after 12pm, and the canyons are damn cold coming home in the shadows. The rides have been a nice send-off, however, and I'm appreciative of the rides before moving on to new territories.

And even with a 5000 calorie ride under my belt, I can't come close to killing an entire portion at a public eatery. No wonder 'Mericans are fat.
