For all of the German speakers out there....my boy Thomas did an update in his native tongue. I think that's pretty cool.

not. Surely his updates would be a better read than any of my CX experiences of late.

Maybe he'll write in and give us an update.

PS...How many times have you seen that same cereal eating position?? There are two images of Ryan that come to mind when someone says his name...that cereal feeding one...and the other is him standing in the woods with either a wheel in his hand or he's bent over the bike yanking on it, in those short shorts, long socks, and a mouth-full of cussing that can be heard for 20 seconds after we pass. That kills me every time.
