Back at home in Boulder....and I'm still quite tired from Moab. Well, tired isn't the right word, its more of a muscle damage/fatigue thing. With that in mind, I headed out to the Boulder Wednesday Cyclocross Wurlds....and yes, the ride gets caps. I think some of these riders just finished skimming the chapter on "apexing a turn"in Cyclocross for Dummies...remember, read for comprehension.

I cheated today and didn't run the run up. But, with PRB's social consciousness, I'll probably get called out in a letter to editor in the local newspaper.

I found a few more Moab photos that weren't downloaded yesterday:
Thomas Spannring on the podium

The view Danielson will see a lot of in 2008

They say what happens in Moab stays in Moab, but these pants were just too ugly to not share with the world. They do look warm, though.

Rubbin's racing. I think I'll do some of that here this weekend.

Great photos Dude. On the subject of the muscle problem remember jerky (great fast protein) and remember your muscles need some sugar to work well. (Gator aide or Poweraide are great). Protein is the key to cancer prevention and healing the entire body. Good luck Annette
think you may be referencing me in your cross for dummies comment if it was on one of the pavement turns at Elks....sorry, i wasn't exactly expecting a rider to join in on the course at that turn, and since i had nobody else around me at the time, i wasn't too concerned when swinging wide thru the turn. just didn't expect to see anybody hopping in there.
oh, don't worry Anon - I was running late after a flat, and that was a goofy place to join...I was taking a few digs on the guys in the front group in the dirt making digital turns out there.
