5 minutes from nowhere

There are strange things afoot in Utah. I don't know if the funky sunset stirred the locals up or if I missed something on the side bar of the local paper...but at the grocery tonight, there were an unusual number of double cart shoppers.
You know what I'm talking about. The day before a hurricane hits. The last hours before the Russians breach the front lines and invaded Denver in Red Dawn.
Single shoppers with double carts STACKED with instant oatmeal, pop-tarts, canned beans, basically Y2K/nuclear fall out supplies. Well, except for the one couple with a full cart of Hungry Jack frozen dinners. The empty shelves at Albertonson's combined with the double wide cart action gave an eerie feeling that a pending doom was approaching and I was too busy txt'ing or something to catch the memo.
I hope I'm wrong.
If any of you have watched 6 Degrees, have you noticed that the photographer looks and acts just like Dr. Frank?

Well let's see, that's all food you can heat, and you said the first snow fell this week, so I'd say it's the bears getting ready for hibernation.
Run away...RUN AWAY!
Its just Fast Sunday coming up.
